this is the way to go. I also recommend this massage for anyone that has never received a massage before. This massage is 60 mins.
1/2 hour Swedish - $35
A condensed version of the 1 hour. Perfect for wanting specific attention on a certain area.
Fijian Massage - $70 (60 minute)
Mainly clients want a therapeutic deep massage that is also relaxing. Deep Tissue Massage using elbows is a “sharp” pain. With the Fijian, the main deep work is with the heel of the foot. This deep pressure is softer than an elbow, yet it is a stronger stroke. As a bonus, clients often find that the repair happens much quicker with the Fijian Barefoot Massage. This style of massage is performed while the client is fully clothed and laying on a mat on the floor. As long as the client can get up and down off of the floor and likes deeper work, then the Fijian may work for you. Reiki
Reiki is a very specific form of energy healing, in which hands are placed just off the body or lightly touching the body, as in “laying on of hands.” Reiki can also be done “long-distance,” as a form of prayer.
In a Reiki session, the practitioner is seeking to transmit Universal Life Energy to the client. The intention is to create deep relaxation, to help speed healing, reduce pain, and decrease other symptoms you may be experiencing.
